Introduction:

This policy is issued in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It outlines the commitment of 24/7 Exceptional Care to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains.

24/7 Exceptional Care is a specialist clinical and non-clinical recruitment agency providing staffing solutions to healthcare providers across the UK. As a responsible and ethical employer, we have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting with integrity in all our business dealings.

Our Business and Supply Chains

  • Professional service suppliers (e.g., legal, finance)

We are aware that risks of modern slavery may arise at various stages in the recruitment and service provision process, especially where subcontractors, third-party labor suppliers, or international labor sourcing is involved.

All workers are treated with dignity and respect and are free to terminate their employment in line with contractual notice periods.
