- “Candidate” refers to any individual seeking employment or placement services through 24/7 Exceptional Care.
- “Services” refers to the recruitment, staffing, consulting, and related services provided by 24/7 Exceptional Care, which may include, but are not limited to, temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, consultancy, and workforce management solutions.
- “Agreement” refers to any legally binding contract or arrangement between 24/7 Exceptional Care and the client or candidate outlining specific terms of services.
Services Provided
24/7 Exceptional Care offers comprehensive recruitment and staffing services designed to meet the diverse needs of healthcare providers. Our services include:
- Recruitment Services: We source, screen, and place qualified candidates for various healthcare roles, including clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Staffing Solutions: We provide temporary, permanent, and contract staffing for healthcare facilities, hospitals, clinics, care homes, and nursing homes.
- Consulting Services: We offer workforce solutions, compliance advice, training, and support in human resource management, with a focus on regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensuring that all staff placed through 24/7 Exceptional Care meet the necessary qualifications, certifications, and regulatory standards set by local and national healthcare authorities.
All services are delivered with a focus on quality, compliance, and professionalism to ensure clients receive the best staffing solutions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with 24/7 Exceptional Care agree to the following:
- Accurate Job Descriptions: Provide up-to-date and accurate job descriptions for roles to be filled.
- Fair Treatment: Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding equal treatment, non-discrimination, and fair hiring practices.
- Timely Payments: Ensure that all payments are made as per the contractual agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in additional charges.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a workplace that complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards, safeguarding both the health of candidates and the well-being of the workplace.
- Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify 24/7 Exceptional Care from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from failure to comply with legal or contractual obligations.
24/7 Exceptional Care is not liable for any losses arising from a client’s failure to comply with these responsibilities.
Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates seeking employment through 24/7 Exceptional Care agree to:
- Provide Truthful Information: Ensure that all information provided during the application process is accurate and truthful.
- Legal Right to Work: Confirm that they have the legal right to work in the relevant jurisdiction (e.g., UK) where the role is based.
- Professional Conduct: Adhere to professional conduct throughout the recruitment process and while on assignment.
- Notification of Availability: Notify 24/7 Exceptional Care of any changes to employment status, availability, or contact information.
247 Exceptional Care does not guarantee job placement or employment. Placement decisions are at the sole discretion of the client.
Fees and Payments
- Payment Terms: Clients must pay any fees as outlined in contracts, which may include placement fees, recruitment fees, and other related charges.
- Late Payments: Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe. If payments are delayed, 24/7 Exceptional Care reserves the right to impose additional charges or suspend services.
- Suspension of Services: In case of delayed payments, we may suspend or terminate services until outstanding payments are resolved.
Any changes to payment terms or rates will be communicated in writing.
Compliance with Laws
24/7 Exceptional Care is committed to full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including:
- UK Employment Laws: Ensuring compliance with minimum wage, working hours, and employment rights.
- Modern Slavery Act: Upholding the integrity of recruitment processes and ensuring that our supply chains are free from forced labour.
- Health and Safety Regulations: Ensuring safe working environments for candidates placed in client facilities.

Both clients and candidates must adhere to all applicable legal requirements when engaging with 24/7 Exceptional Care.
Liability and Disclaimers
- Intermediary Role: 24/7 Exceptional Care acts solely as an intermediary between clients and candidates. We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from the relationship between clients and candidates.
- No Guarantee of Placement: While we strive to match the best candidates with suitable roles, we do not guarantee job placement.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays in recruitment, staff performance issues, or misconduct by third parties involved in the recruitment process.
Claims arising from the use of our services will be subject to the limitations defined in the specific agreements.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
24/7 Exceptional Care is committed to protecting the confidentiality of all personal information. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
- Confidentiality: All client and candidate information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.

Both clients and candidates are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
Termination of Services
24/7 Exceptional Care reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:
- A client or candidate breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- Payments are not made as per the agreed terms.
- Legal or regulatory issues require termination of services.
Clients or candidates wishing to terminate services must provide written notice as outlined in the termination clauses of their contract.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:
- Initial Communication: Both parties are encouraged to resolve the issue through direct communication.
- Mediation or Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved, parties may refer to mediation or arbitration as per mutually agreed procedures.
